 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. In La Jolla for a family vacation and really tweaked my lower back. Found Active Rest online and booked an appt. I had one session with Dr. Koeppen, and the tightness and pain in my back was lessened considerably. He modestly said at the offset that with one treatment I could expect about a 25% reduction in symptoms, but I would put it at 40% or so…enough to get me through the long day of travel back to Maine. Each time I go in he is able to provide relief for whatever this 60 year old body  needs. From preventative adjustments to headaches, knee or back pain, he respectfully listens to what I am experiencing, feels around to determine what is out of whack and then works his magic. Recently I tweaked my neck surfing. I was in a good amount of pain and had very limited mobility moving my head to the left. Dr. Collan was able to assess and correct the issue quickly! I  went in to see Dr. Koeppen with extreme back and nerve pain with the inability to stand up straight or the ability to walk more than 10 steps at a time. After 3 treatments he got me upright and walking almost pain free. If you are suffering from anything, don’t suffer, schedule an appointment with him immediately. He’s the BEST!
